3) Single Family Home - Tuscany, Royal Oak, Rocky Ridge, garage, fenced yard, upgrades, 3 bedroom min, $850K max.
4) Townhouse or Apartment Condo - Close to downtown or public transportation, 2 bedroom min.
5) Single Family Home - SW (from Cougar Ridge south to Discovery Ridge), 3-4 bedrooms, 2000+ sq ft 2 storey, upgraded, attached double garage, $1,250,000 max.
6) Single Family Home - North (prefers Coventry Hills, Panorama and area), not a fixer upper, 3 bedrooms min, garage or area to build in the rear, $750,000 max.
7) Vacation Property- Townhouse or Detached Condo - (NW or SW Calgary, Cochrane or Bragg Creek) needs to be close to a well established golf course, 2 bedrooms min, 1000+ sq ft, up to $1,000,000.
